TAP Growth Group Expands Partner Roster

1 September 2017 - Seattle - The TAP Growth Group, the leader in experience-based consulting, is pleased to announce the addition of three new partners.  The new additional increase the breadth of experience and operational support to TAP Growth Group customers.  

Gary Sarson - Previously vice president of business development for Kineto Wireless.  Gary has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, he was vice president of business development at Taqua (acquired by Sonus) where he was responsible for establishing global sales channel and solution partners as well as EMEA customer sales for Taqua’s virtualized software and SaaS mobile network core and Android device application software solutions. He was vice president business development at Kineto Wireless, a pioneer in VoWiFi and small cell solutions for mobile operators, where he established solution partners and was instrumental in shaping business and product strategy. Before joining Kineto, he was vice president product management and marketing at Proquent Systems, a Boston-based innovator of deep packet inspection for mobile applications.

Susan Spradley - Previously executive vice president at Viavi.  Sue joins TAP Growth Group with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Previously Sue was Executive Vice President and general manager of Viavi’s (previously JDSU) Communications Test & Measurement business unit.  Spradley was responsible for the development and management of the communications test-product portfolio, including instruments, probes, software applications and service-assurance solutions.  Spradley has served in executive positions at Nokia Siemens Networks and Nortel where she proactively drove change in culture and served as a role model for customer centric leadership and a mentor for young women in business.
